Today the other half has gone to see posh play in Huddersfield with my friends husband. So us girls decided to take the kiddies out to our local farm. The pigeons farm is a great little farm where children are encouraged to hold all of the animals. This is only a small place and does not get busy so its lovely that the kids can hold the animals and not be rushed.
Little mans friend holding the rabbit.
We also some massive rabbits, which were running about freely in the barn. Little man love the big rabbits and he kept calling them cats. They were so big they looked like our cats.
At the farm there are many animals, such as ducks, pigs, horses, donkeys, chickens, gunie pigs and baby chicks.

Both of the kids had a great time at the farm, they both fed the ducks, held lots of animals and had great fun. They couldn’t wait to see what was next and were both so excited.
The farm is £6.95 per adult and children 0-3 go in free. If you are in the area it is so worth a visit as the little ones will love it. They also have a cafe there which does GREAT food. I had a tuna sandwich and the bread was so fresh.
All in all we had a great day out. Thanks Pigeons farm.
