So on Sunday I posted a Silent Sunday picture, but our house was far from silent on Sunday. We had a big family get together all my aunties, uncles, cousins and all their partners.
We love having the family party’s as our family is so close. We dont all find it easy to get together these days as we dont live close to each other. Some of us are in Peterborough, some in London and others in others places. So to get our family together is happy times.
I couldn’t get everyone in.
We played silly games, eat lots of pizza, had a cheeky little wine and had a great laugh. One of the games we payed was pass the parcel but as we are all grown up the prize was for one special little man. Yeah you guessed it, its our son. He helped most people open their layers as well as he was so excited.

Helping Adam open his layer (my cousin)
Very happy little man
The aim of the day is to have a catch up, see each other and be silly. We played so many silly games. One of the more competitive games was really addictive. The aim of the game was to see how many pegs you can get off a piece of string only using one hand. Once you have taken one peg off you have to keep it it in that hand and keep going till you drop one or decide to tactically stop. Your not allowed to use your other hand or any part of your body to try and hold the peg in place or stop them from dropping.

All in all we had a great night and it was lovely to see everyone. Look forward to the next time. Family are very important.
